De RES Automation Manager 2012 basic training is een 2-daagse training voor beheerders die uitgebreid ingaat op de installatie, configuratie en het gebruik van RES Automation Manager 2012.

Beheerders die gebruik maken van RES Automation Manager binnen een Microsoft Windows omgeving.

 Voor RES Workspace Manager en RES Automation Manager is een Essentials Examen beschikbaar. Deze examens kunnen worden afgelegd in één van de Prometric examencentra. Het behalen van deze examens leidt tot een officiële RES Software Certification. De RES Automation Manager basic training 2012 bereidt de deelnemer voor op het RAMCP 2011 examen (Prometic: ES0-005) om de RES Automation Manager 2011 Certified Professional status te behalen. Het nieuwe examen (RAMCP 2012) zal eind 2012 beschikbaar komen
